El Aula María Zambrano de Estudios Transatlánticos UMA - ATECH y la Cátedra Vargas Llosa celebran del 17 al 19 de septiembre el curso "La ciudad como arquetipo. Literatura, historia y arte. Europa y América" en el Salón de Actos del Rectorado de la Universidad de Málaga en horario de 16.00 a 20.00 h. Mario Vargas Llosa, escritor peruano ganador del Premio Nobel de Literatura, es el encargado de poner el broche de oro a estas jornadas, participando en la conferencia de clausura "La ciudad en la literatura y el arte", con posterior mesa redonda y coloquio.
El curso está dirigido por la Dra. Guadalupe Fernández Ariza. Colaboran en la realización del curso los Vicerrectorados de Estudios de Grado, Investigación y Transferencia, Cultura y Deporte, y Política Institucional, el Centro Cultural Generación del 27, Obra Social y Cultural CaixaBank y el Ayuntamiento de Málaga.
